Twice a week I drive my son to this spot so he can begin his paper route down the side of the steep valley. (that's him in the purple sweatshirt.)



And these are what I have seen for two weeks now. Snow drops and crocus. Soon there will be daffodils and tulips.



I lay on the cold concrete snapping pictures as my son sauntered off with his little cart; his smile is the promise of Spring.

I'm still waiting for the snow to melt so that I can just see bare ground. I know spring is coming...I just have to be more patient.

I love the suspense waiting for all the bulbs to come up. The snowdrops are really nice, that would be a good screensaver. I carried papers for 5 years.

So nice to see your signs of spring! And such a warm thought as well :) My daughter has wanted to have a paper route, but so far theres been no openings yet.

He will have very strong legs with that incline walk everyday. Good for him. My son had a paper route for five years. Beautiful photo, you live amongst such beauty Allison.
