I love LOVE Tuscany. Soooo jealous!!
I made your recipe for swiss chard, meat, bechamel and cheese dish last night for dinner. We were licking our plates clean -- okay, okay, we used bread to sop up every last bit. It's a keeper for sure! Thanks for sharing (I saved it all these months and finally made it).

Hope you had a great time there Allison. Twice I have planned to go there for a few days and twice something happened and my plans failed.
But I will try again.

OK, so I am envious because after seeing the movie with Dianne Ladd where she buys a villa in Tuscany, based on Frances Mayles book which we also read, Grenville said he is so ready for a visit - for the food alone. Waiting to read more about the trip.
