Bleak winter stillness still manages to look beautiful where you are. Lovely shots...and hope you managed to get all the rest of your shopping done? :) Hope you have a wonderful day! hugs
The black and white almost gives it a Christmas past effect. I need to shop a bit for me. LOL The blue poem I wrote in my blog was my comment and your post yesterday. HA!
Perhaps the bleakness of winter is more than the weather...so I'm praying sunshine in your window, skittering across the floor and coming to rest at your feet where you'll pick it up, brush off the dust motes and put it in your pocket where the warmth will make you smile.

A good choice to go for b/w!
I really like them!
Well done!
Those trees in that 3rd shot look really interesting.
And yes, it's still beautiful.
B/W was a great choice for these photos, Allison. What type of trees are those in the last photo? I don't believe I've ever seen any like that. :)
Even in it's bleakness it's still beautiful!
Love the pictures....
Beautiful photographs Allison.
Merry Christmas to you.

Ooooh, those look stunning in black & white!
As for running away together... How's tonight sound? LOL!
There is beauty and pleasure in the simplicity of your photos, Allison. Well done!
The dawn of a new day soon will come to light your way.
Hugs,
Pam
note, my collage photos are a few of my favorite things from around my home.
I'm a simple country girl at heart with a touch of things from the sea.

it is terrible ice on the roads today, so no Christmas shopping for me in a distance more than 10 meters from my house:)
Merry Christmas to you and your Familily!
These are lovely images Allison. I love the first photo with the stars hanging overhead. I'll bet they are beautiful lit up. Have a good day!
