Geneva's famous Jet d'Eau on Lake Leman; it shoots 459 feet high using 132 gallons of water per second.

Benches and shrubs line the park... perfect for lunch!

Or you can take a small boat across in less than five minutes and get a close-up look at the base of the fountain. This fisherman smiled for the camera! ;)

Love that he smiled!!!
And I would have too.
Mark that down as a place to take me on a picnic when I come visit:)

How fun he smiled at you. It looks like a rainbow in the bottom photo. How cool!

Nice rainbow over the fishermen's head.. maybe it will bring him good luck.
That's a lot of water pressure, I wouldn't want to be sitting on it when it starts spouting :)

Warm hugs Allison,
Pam

note, its my sister in the photo and hubby is standing out on the rock.

Fantastic composition in all these photos but it's the rainbow that really makes me smile!

Lovely area, I like the rainbow capture. I just read how to use a spay bottle to try and get that effect with a lot of pictures, especailly macro shots.Perhaps that smile was at the photographer rather than the camera.I'm headed out into a sunny day. Listen to that breeze.
