Sitting at my desk for hours translating, my hands often grow icy cold. So I treated myself to a pair of mitts from Meg's Etsy shop and she had them knit up and in my mailbox in short order! They are lovely... and they fit perfectly!

Yesterday, I translated four texts in one afternoon. And I was wondering... might there be tiny translating fairies hiding in the cable gardens?

You can see her hand-knit zombies, too, over at http://www.bitoflife.com/.

Aren't Meg's things amazing. I won the most gorgeous shawl in her blog give away. Your fingerless gloves certainly fit the bill.

Mighty useful for inside work or just relaxing, these fingerless gloves, and pretty too.

Do they make you feel kind of "bad-a**?" They remind me of biker's gloves. Except much warmer and prettier. :)

Is that your new ring set that the Russian gave you? You just wanted an excuse to show it off, didn't you! But the gloves (and your hands) are lovely too. :)

I'm so glad you like them! And they do fit very well. You weren't supposed to find the secret fairies though! I'll have to train them better next time.

Thank you very much for the mention and the link up! :)

Lovely idea, I never thought of something like that inside.I use them sometimes when I am outside shooting.I couldn't get a lens to adjust yesterday and it was the big gloves I had on.I see you are a lefty also, me too.

Well you've been a busy little bee. Those hand warmers look great and warm. I just bought some or I would have to order some of these. This semester I am taking an Adobe Flash class. Mostly because the class was recommended by friends. We'll see what happens. One night down and I am feeling a little challenged or should I say overwhelmed.
