Waiting for the lilacs to bloom...

Tulips and lilacs - could it get any better?

In a pot on the kitchen table, their scent is the epitome of home. Naturally, I couldn't resist tossing the remnants of the quail eggs, long since dried, on the tray.

Camille is waiting for me to let her crush the shells with her fingers; she likes to hear and feel the cracking, which horrifies the other children. Perhaps today is the day to crush the shells and be done with them. Yes, I think it is...

Oh, quelle pensée profonde! Même en marchant la tête baissée, on reçoit un message révélant. Magnifique!
