How to make a good S'more, according to the young man of the house...


First you roast your marshmallow to a golden crisp. If by chance you burn one side to a charcoaly black, give it to mom black side down so she doesn't see and tell her you roasted it just for her... en suite... take a new marshmallow.


Build your masterpiece with two hulking squares of chocolate, two roasted-to-perfection-black-side-down marshmallows and two graham cracker squares that mom brought back from her trip to the US in ... 2008! (They've aged to perfection)


Smash together as hard as you can and eat in as few bites as possible, while humming the national anthem! (This is the food that makes us so proud to be americans...ahem) Enjoy!
