My husband accidentally dropped and broke this tiny glass flower I have on a table by the front door. I was sitting on the sofa enjoying the calm of evening when cling! He looked up with a most contrite expression on his bashful face.

After we gathered up the petals, I arranged them once again, thinking I would try to glue it back together. But I was surprised to actually like them this way! Detached and floating in the wind, as real petals are wont to do. Broken and rearranged, as God often does with me. There is beauty in it, alas.

Existe uma certa magia nesse acontecimento... um encanto, talvez.

Beijos e um ótimo domingo florido!
